3 simple steps to lose the love handles


Love handles is a nice way to say that you have fat around your waist just like cellulite is a nice way of saying that under your skin there’s a lot of fat. A lot of people are fighting with this problem.
If you have love handles it doesn’t mean you’re out of shape. It has something to do with slow metabolism, age, overeating or just being sedentary.

The fat around your waist doesn’t seem to go away no matter how much you work out right? Here’s a little secret on how to get rid of them. Exchange them for a slimmer and harder waist.

Step 1 – if you read my articles, you know that I’m going to start by teaching about nutrition. Love handles are fat so you have to eat better. Some people will have to give up on junk food and some will have to eat fewer calories while others will need carb-rotation.

Step 2 – do more cardios. Don’t over do anything, just increase the number of exercises you’re doing now, and do it on a weekly basis.

Step 3 – do more and, they will harden the muscles under the fat. Doing abs makes for a better circulation and so a higher fat burning percentage.

What you shouldn’t do:

You shouldn’t twist – if you twist, your waist can actually get wider.
You shouldn’t do side bends – with weights or without, they can make the waist thinker.

You shouldn’t do knee-ups or hanging leg raises – those don’t help the lower abs at all. They just work the muscles that go down the legs.
You shouldn’t ass resistance unless you were born with a small waist – if your waist is small, you can add resistance to your crutches. The ones that are a little fatter around that area avoid that resistance.

The 4 Big Steps:

Stop doing the abs variations and start concentrating on the big 4, that’ll help you work your entire abs muscles.

1. Vacuums for stomach – they are great for working the abs muscle. Stand up and try to pull the stomach in. hold it like that for as much time as you can. Do it three times.
2. Torso lifts while lying – you have to lie on your back and put your legs up so that you’ll look like the letter ‘L’. Then raise the hips off the floor as much as you can and then go back to your normal position.
3. Crunches that have been modified – you have to lie on the floor once again and keep you legs crossed Indian style and start doing crunches.
4. Crunches with the elbow to the opposite knee – you have to lie on the flood with your knees in the bent position and you have to do crunches with your elbow to the opposite knee.

Keep a journal so you can keep a score of your success! Keeping a journal will give you the support, the motivation, desire and rive to get rid of those love handles.
