Burn love handles
Burning the fat, getting rid of the love handles...
Do you have them? The fat roll above your hips. If they’re called like that, why do we want to get rid of them so badly? Maybe love isn’t such a great think since it’s hanging over your pants.
Losing them can be harder that it’s worth actually fighting for. It’s hard to realize what you have to do looking at all the abs machine commercials or pills that assumingly melt the fat away.
Watching those models working out in the commercial confuses you more. Do you think they look like that because they used the Ab Blaster Lounge or took the Magic Fat Away pill? They look like that because they work out and eat right.
Did you understand that? They look like that because they eat right and because they work out. If you want to get burn love handles, that’s what you have to do.
You can do all kinds of exercises, but if the fat isn’t burning, then the love handles are still going to be there. You’ll have a hidden 6 pack and no one will know about it. If you work only an area, it will not shape up. You have to work the muscle groups if you want to burn fat.
If you don’t change your diet, they will stay there. Calories are burned by exercising and therefore the fat is burned. If you eat more calories than your body can burn, you’ll still have fat in your system.
These are the three things you have to do if you want to get rid of the love handles.
1. Diet – in order for your body to work properly, you need fiber, minerals, vitamins, carbs, and protein. This will make your body metabolize the fat efficiently.
2. Strengthening the core - you get the firm midsection by toning the abs, back and obliques.
3. Cardio training – if you want great abs, burn more calories than you eat. The stuff above mixed with aerobics helps you do that. Go for a walk, ride the bike, play hoops if you want to do that. Keep doing what you like.
You’ll burn love handles if you give the body what it needs so that it will burn the excess fat away.
