If you lose weight, you should keep working out if you want to develop a certain muscle. You don’t have to work out to tone yourself because it will happen in around a year period of time. The skin will go back to normal after losing weight, unless you lost of gained too much. Before you think about surgery, let your skin heal first, give it two years. You have to take walks, because without them your skin will be loose. Even if a person has never been fat, the skin will be flabby, if they never walk. We have legs to use for walking and arms to use to lifting things. Walking is the best and most natural work out.
If you want to look like a model you have to walk a lot. This is for most models the number one work out. They don’t always have time to work out and so they just walk. Not all models walk as much, the ones in the catalogues need working out for example. If you just sit all day that is just not good for your body. You have to walk if you want nice legs. You can’t expect for a miracle to happen, you have to start working out.
The body fat is easily burned by walking which is a natural work out, not running, but walking.

There is no cream that can make you get rid of that fat either. A lot of people will try to convince you that it’s possible and so they’ll make you get a gym membership or some device.
You need to get up and stand straight and look if there is some loose flab. If there is, that’s just fat and nothing else. If your belly looks like a balloon, that’s from the gas or constipation. Your belly is not swollen from menstruation, but from the full bowels. Basically everyone that is able to stand up has well working abs.
Does the fat hang? It does?
That will go away when you’ll lose fat all over your body including that area. Even if it’s not visible, everyone has firm leg and abdominal muscles. Even if you don’t work out, you still have those muscles. Every time you walk, you carry your own weight and so that’s exercise. All the muscles are connected, and depend on each other. Isn’t that great? The moment you’ll get rid of the fat on top, you’ll have a nice slim body. You will lose muscle force if you try too hard to lose the fat. You will be able to maintain the muscle volume if you let the body lose weight naturally. If you want to exercise during losing weight, that muscle you’re working will get bigger and will make you look bigger too.
