Choosing the right exercises for abdomen
When you choose the right one, you have to think what’s it for. That way you’ll have the best results.
The abs exercises differ when it comes to the end result.
We should picture that this is a manual that helps when you’re in trouble. We’ll mention the problem and then a list of possible solutions as in the best abs exercises.
1. My goal is to lose a little weight around the waist area.
If you want to do these kinds of exercises then you’ll have to chose the ones that are focused on that certain area. It’s good to think about the body as a whole, not just the abdominal part.
*the recommended workout: aerobic exercises: hiking, jogging, Hindu push-ups ( deep breathing), Hindu squats, yoga’s sun salutations.

5. I want to work out the lower abs:
Here are some great exercises:
-The Yoga Bow Pose -The Abs-Wheel -The Yoga Peacock Pose -Hanging or Gorilla Crunches. If you have back problems then you should do these exercises slowly.
Maybe that’s why I try to do the effective yet slow yoga exercises. The basic callisthenic will also work. There’s also need for a balanced diet, you have to eat mucus-less or mucus –lean food, like vegetables, fruits, to help the exercises work.
