No matter how much ab work you’ll do, it’s not going to change the fat deposit around the torso. You have to change your lifestyle if you want to see a little difference in the way you look.

The abs and the obliques are shaped by the crunches and by the situps, but they won’t shape the area around the love handles.

You should work out and have a good nutrition; you have to do cardio, ab routines, stretching and weight lifting. If you can’t do any of there, at least start running. That’s very efficient when it comes to losing weight around your waist line.

Hold a 5 to 10 pound weight in both hands, your feet shoulders width apart, the raise your hands above your head and to your right, then move them down across in front of you and then to your left. 2 sets on both sides, 10 to 15 rep.

The cardio is important to lose fat, and if you don’t feel sore, it doesn’t mean that you didn’t work out as much as you should have. Jogging is ok 3 times a week.

You have to eat better food and never at night because it will turn into fat. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and make sure you chew each morsel at least 32 times. Also take easy exercises and walks every day. You will play with your weight in a reasonable period of time.
