Going back to the basics - losing the love handles
Everybody hates the fat around the waist, isn’t it so? Especialy girls with love handles. We all know it’s embarrassing when you’re in a swim suit or when you’re taking off your shirt.
Here are some tips on how to lose that fat, easy, just have to read and do it:
First thing you have to do is to decide you really want to do it. You’ll have to work a little because you won’t wake up in the morning without them. You probably think that if you do crunches and sit-ups, you’ll lose them, but that’s not all you have to do.
You also should have the right diet. You’re only going to burn calories if you work out and burn more than you take in. you can run or jog and that’s cardio which can speed things up. If you mix those things, you’ll lose the love handles if a few weeks. You’ll have no problem once you start, at first will be a little hard though. You have to keep respecting your schedule. Even after you lose them, you still have to work out and diet so they don’t come back.
You can but some exercising machines if you have enough money that could help you lose them faster and easier. I would do it by working out, doing crunches and sit ups, some cardio and a proper diet.
