1. Balance your blood sugar – people get fat because they eat too much at one sitting, not because they don’t exercise. The idea is to eat less. Your body burns the energy non stop and still you tend to eat more and more and supply the energy in a few large meals.
2. Increased training for strength – this means working your body more and more, harder and harder each and every time. This can be done with machines, free weights and bands – basically all you have to do is to force yourself so that the muscles are improved in a progressive manner.
3. A lot more fat is burned during a 10-25 minute cardio – you need to let go of the 60 minutes of walking everyday and work out more intensely for 10-20 minutes a few times a week.
These are the reasons why you should do this: 1. The harder you work out the more fat you burn. 2. Your metabolism can increase and last around 24 hours or even more. 3. When you work hard the glycogen in your muscle is lost so the fat you’ll store next will go straight to the muscles at first.
