How to lose the love handles by jogging
There is no specific way to get rid of the love handles, but I can tell you how I did it. It takes a lot of work and time but I got rid of them and I kept myself lean for a few years now.
The key to getting rid of the love handles is nutrition and exercise
The only thing I knew about nutrition and exercise was that you need to work out if you want to lose fat. Any kind of work out is better than no work out, right? Also you accumulate more fat as you get more calories. It’s common for the fat to go around the waist, we don’t know why yet.
I first reduced the calories I took in. can be hard if you have a low metabolism because everything you eat turns right into fat. Meaning that you don’t have to eat a lot to start getting fat. You can change the type of food you eat so that it helps you lose weight. You have to regularly work out. It will burn the calories and let you eat something. Should pick your favorite exercise and do it regularly.
Lose weight by jogging
I was worried about the love handles and I chose to jog to lose the weight. I knew I’d like to jog anyway. The place you use for jogging is very important because the surrounding are very important, they can be an incentive to keep you going.
Jogging and losing weight
A lot of things are responsible for the number of the calories you burn by jogging. You’ll burn more calories if you’re heavier because that means you run faster. Jogging burns 10 calories per minute. You can use this to calculate how much running you have to do. If you run 6 times a week for 30 minutes, you’ll burn 1800 calories. Also it’s believed that 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. So you’d be able to lose 1 pound every 2 weeks. This should happen only if you run regularly and don’t eat more than you used to.
This can be slow but it gets you rid of the love handles. I still like jogging and so the love handles never came back.
