How to lose the love handles – total body workout
If you want to improve your health you don’t have to go to the gym or have one at home. With simple things in your home you can do cardio and have a total body workout, without space being taken away because of the storage of machines.
In a total body workout, cardio (aerobic exercise) will help you to lose the handles.
Here are the instructions:
Chose the aerobic you like and that you can do outside, like running, skiing walking, hiking, tennis, soccer. Get an aerobic or kickboxing exercise video. You can mow the lawn or vacuum. Can also shovel the snow incase its winter, or just carry the laundry basket up the stairs, all these are ways of exercising. Dance. It’s a nice total body work out and the twist can help losing the handles. Play soccer, football or anything else with a bunch of friends. Do some cardio by skipping. You can see if the park near you has a fitness trail with exercise stations that have instructions on how to make the exercises.
Before having to start the total body workout, you have to remember:
You have to work out gradually so that your body can warm up.
Try to work out at least 30 everyday each week.
Chose the right cloths for the type of workout you do and you’ll notice that you like working out even when it’s a bad weather outside.
Work out with a friend, it will keep you interested in the program and it will be more fun.
Do different types of aerobics so you don’t get bored or injured.
