If you have love handles for a while now, you most certainly have a metabolism problem. That’s what the studies showed. The refined carbs, sugars and the junk food is slowly poisoning the Americans.
Very few people stopped eating fat to lose weight. Those that did that, lost weight in the long run and got rid of the love handles forever.
3. Eat less salt
If you eat too much salt, there’s an 80% change you’ll get love handles. The sodium in your body will keep the water in and will make the love handles harder to remove.
That is why it’s best not to eat too much salt or have foods that are high in sodium.
4. You have to eat healthy
If you want to lose the love handles, be careful what you eat. Stop eating those foods that makes the love handles accumulate. You will lose them eventually very fast.
