Not a lot of people find love handles attractive especially if they’re left to grow unchecked. It is excess weight that is not healthy for you. Men also have love handles and they look less attractive than they do on women. So here’s the best way to lose them.

Love handles are the fat around your waist. Once they grow, they tend to hang over the pants. A lot of people that are on a diet or work out have a hard time getting rid of them. So what exercises are the best to lose them?

Oblique crunches
They are great for targeting the handles. They exercise the oblique and upper abdomen muscles. You have to keep the lower back on the floor while doing them and also contract slowly.

The steps:
1. Hands behind your head while lying on your back with the knees bent.
2. While you keep the lower back on the floor, lift the shoulders and curl diagonally to the left knee.
3. You have to squeeze the muscles for 2 seconds while at top.
4. Lower slowly back down.
5. You have to repeat it for the other side.
6. Have to do 10-20 times for each side.


The side bends
They also target the obliques. Do the side bends slowly. For about 5 seconds each before beginning the next.

The steps:
1. While you stand, drop the shoulder to the left and put your right hand over your head to the left side.
2. Try to touch the floor with your left hand.
3. Get back up again and try on the right side.
4. Do 10-20 times for each side.
