You’ll burn fat and lose weight if you reduce the calories you eat. Sadly your body will also burn your muscles mass and other mass too. You can’t have that that’s why you have to exercise too. This will break down the muscle and make it grow bigger and better than before. This is how you will burn the fat and keep the muscle.
Can you get rid of the love handles fast?
You can by removing them surgically, but I don’t think you should anyway. Can also reduce dramatically the calories you get. But if you starve yourself you’ll lose the muscle mass too. Will reduce the metabolism and make you be hungry all the time, that will make you put back on the weight or even more weight than before. You have to exercise to get rid of them and do it slowly so you keep them off forever.
The best workout for love handles
That would be any exercise that you can do on a regular basis. You can also go with a recognized weight loss exercise program and you’ll have to do it regularly, for better results. If you have a proper nutrition and make sure you don’t get too many calories, you’ll burn the fat, build the muscle and if you do it slowly, you’ll keep them off permanently.
